From the Bar to Castlebar

Yet another one of our dancers is preparing to leave the country! This time one of our Adult dancers - Jessica Farra - will be heading off to the 5th Annual CRN World Open Championships which will be held in Castlebar, Co. Mayo June 23 - 26, 2016 at the Breaffy House Resort.

She will be competing with the best dancers from quite literally all over the world. In order to qualify for this prestigious event, each of the competitors at the World Open Championships had to meet the strictest criteria and highest levels of dancing in competitions that were held all over the CRN world.

Jessica has been working extra hard these past few months both in and out of the studio for this competition as she has to learn and master new material. As her teacher I am extremely proud of her focus, drive, and commitment to stepping out her comfort zone and pushing herself for this level of competition. I know she will be amazing!

On Sunday, May 15th, The Trolley Stop has graciously agreed to host a benefit for Jessica. There will be music from Trey Stone & The Ringers and Great Northern String Band, as well as dancing by Jessica. The night will end with an all-star jam. The event starts at 5, and is family-friendly until 9:30.
